We are harvesting our vegetables at the early hours of the day, preventing rain or excessive sun light. After packaging with recycled carton boxes on the same day, shipping time is carefully considered avoiding holidays and weekends at maximum 3 days. Our extra virgin olive oil is kept in air-tight, stainless steel tanks each labelled according to harvest year. Olive oil is bottled upon customer request fresh from the tank. Table olives are matured either with natural table salt or lemon juice, no preservatives are added.
